Cancellation Policy
All service bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Confirmations will be sent via email. Bookings are limited to active CompliAce members unless otherwise specified. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted no later than 12 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment may result in the forfeiture of that session. Setup fees are non-refundable regardless of booking status. Clients who repeatedly miss or cancel appointments with insufficient notice may have their booking privileges restricted. For fully booked sessions, clients may opt into a waitlist. If a time slot becomes available, notifications will be issued in order of request. Clients must confirm acceptance of the available slot within 2 hours of notification. Waitlist access does not guarantee a booking and is based on team capacity.
