Refund Policy

All payments made to CompliAce for services, including but not limited to compliance audits, membership fees, consultancy services, and one-off setup charges, are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law. CompliAce offers a 14-day free trial period for eligible memberships to allow users to assess the suitability of the services without financial commitment. Once any paid service or paid period begins following the conclusion of the free trial, no refunds, partial or full, will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, non-usage of the service, change in business circumstances, or failure to maintain compliance. Users are responsible for cancelling their membership before the trial period ends if they do not wish to be charged. Any requests for refunds due to technical errors, billing mistakes, or service failures must be submitted in writing to compliaceuk@gmail.com within 7 days of the billing date and will be reviewed at the sole discretion of CompliAce. CompliAce reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on the specific circumstances, without obligation to provide further explanation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time. By purchasing or using any CompliAce service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy
